4.2 Professional Advice Limitations

Consultations through our Platform:

• Do not create professional-client relationships (unless explicitly established between Client and Expert)
• Should not be considered as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment
• May not be suitable for complex legal, medical, or financial matters requiring formal engagement

5. Payments and Fees

Our Platform uses a fee-based model:

• Clients pay for consultations at rates set by Experts
• We charge a service fee for facilitating the connection
• All fees are displayed before confirming a consultation
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services on the Platform in the past six months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions regarding payments, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms
